You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. Buyer accounts are intended for businesses purchasing packaging products. Seller accounts are available only to approved wholesalers who complete Ozithy’s seller application and review process.

You may use Ozithy only for lawful business purposes related to browsing, requesting, ordering, fulfilling, and managing packaging products. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Ozithy to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.

Product availability, pricing, lead times, and order terms are presented by sellers and confirmed through Ozithy’s checkout and order workflows. Payment, settlement, and related financial processing are handled according to Ozithy’s platform rules and the order state at the time of purchase. Ozithy may update operational rules that affect how orders are placed, fulfilled, or settled.

Approved sellers are responsible for accurate product listings, lawful offers, timely fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws. Ozithy may review, moderate, suspend, or remove seller access when listings, conduct, or account status do not meet platform requirements.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details, quantities, branding requirements, and order terms before checkout. You must provide valid business and delivery information needed to complete orders and resolve post-order issues.

Returns, disputes, and operational issues are handled through Ozithy’s platform workflows. Ozithy may facilitate communication and resolution steps, but outcomes depend on order status, seller performance, and applicable platform policies.

Ozithy and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, software, and content we provide. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant Ozithy the rights needed to operate the marketplace, display listings, and process orders.

We may suspend or terminate access to Ozithy if you breach these terms, create security or fraud risk, or if required by law. You may stop using Ozithy at any time, subject to outstanding orders and legal obligations.

Ozithy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Ozithy is not responsible for seller conduct, third-party services, or indirect damages arising from marketplace use, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of Ozithy after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
